I’m Terry Smith, the proud owner of T. Smith Fitness & Massage, a multifaceted company that has been assisting clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals for over 15 years and growing.

I provide client-centered, health and wellness services customized to dedicated, goal-oriented people with a spectrum of goals and reasonings for their journey. 

My passion began at an early age excelling in sports like track and field and boxing. I later converted the same drive as an athlete to deepening my knowledge in fitness and recovery. Fast forward - I have grown a trusted and successful career through my understanding of the body’s anatomy delivering strengthening and recovery methods for optimal living as we age.

With a genuine passion for helping others, I have learned and tailored the most effective approaches to meet the individual requirements to my clients, adapting exercises or massage techniques accordingly.

My commitment defines my purpose. I am invested in helping people and give my all to contribute to your journey by discovering and teaching my clients through recovery massages and fitness workout plans. I empower my clients to achieve the best quality of life holistically to better their total wellness, vitality and self- discovery.  I will consult with you to assure your personalized fitness training/ recovery and/or therapeutic massage sessions are targeting the aches and pains in response to our bodies communicating to us. We must heal- not maintain.

With my client-centered approach, I will support you by understanding any previous injuries, longstanding limitations, or perhaps other past or current physical conditions in our consult.

The second step is that I will design your individually-tailored program that provide a “fitness foundation”. We– as a team– will get to the root of a problem and work through the highs and lows, together.

We make a game plan and move through the different elements that support your fitness journey and/or health and recovery treatments.

Known for my expertise and particular blend of massage techniques- I unlock deeply sore and stiff muscles. With a unique mixture of Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point Massage, it will reveal deep muscular problem spots that are central to a new or old problem. Learning about your body, and what needs corrected, is essential in a healthy, comfortable and strong existence.

As a personal trainer who has worked with Terry for a few years at Fitness Factory in West Hollywood. When I was training for my first marathon I started finding all sorts of new aches, pains and minor injuries.
